Nina Mihovec is an industrial designer, entrepreneur, and founder of the Wilsonic Design studio and the internationally recognized brand ooh noo. Her work combines design, strategy, and entrepreneurship, with a focus on creating products that are both aesthetic, functional, and commercially successful. After studying industrial design at the Academy of Fine Arts and Design, University of Ljubljana (specializing in industrial design), she further enhanced her expertise with a master’s degree from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, University of Ljubljana, and later completed the Advanced Management Programme at IESE Business School. She has applied this knowledge to the development of products and brands that stand out for their simplicity and innovative materials. Nina Mihovec is the recipient of multiple prestigious design awards, and her work has been presented at numerous exhibitions throughout her career. In addition to her practice, she is active in academia as an assistant professor at the Academy of Fine Arts and Design in Ljubljana.
