itthon. is a brand dedicated to reviving vanishing craft traditions and bringing them into modern living. The Cast Iron Collection was developed in collaboration with Antal Foundry in Subotica, a family-run workshop where craftsmanship has been passed down for three generations. With deep roots in metallurgy and nearly a century of family expertise, the foundry blends traditional casting techniques with modern machining capabilities.

Cast iron, a material that can be endlessly recycled, embodies durability, sustainability, and a natural, chemical-free approach to cooking. The collection reflects the foundry’s dual character: practical and artistic. Designs feature simple, timeless forms – perfectly utilitarian pans and lids – enhanced by sculptural knobs inspired by heirlooms, such as rings handed down through generations.
