We view the proposal for the Swiss company KISTLER as an opportunity to transform a formal workspace into a high-quality workplace with a creative and relaxed atmosphere, open to both the scientific community and employees alike. In many aspects, the proposal addresses the post-COVID situation in the labor market, aiming to draw employees back from home offices to the workplace. In response to this trend, we are introducing a concept of a ‘home-like-feeling office’, incorporating laboratories and new, hybrid workplace models with employee satisfaction in mind. The result is a welcoming space that can flexibly adapt to team needs and provide an optimal working environment for every employee.
KISTLER places significant emphasis on transparency towards its employees and clients. The new space concept, rooted in openness, is evident from the entrance and reflects the commitment to fostering dialogue and collaboration at all levels. We are confident that KISTLER is at the forefront of innovation, not only in its industry but also in supporting and promoting a healthy and productive work environment for all.
