Parkhotel Pörtschach – Beach Restaurant Renovation
The renovation of the beach restaurant at Parkhotel Pörtschach has transformed the previously open 105 m² space into a versatile, year-round venue. A new flexible glass sliding wall facing the lake enables seamless transitions between indoor and outdoor dining, allowing guests to enjoy the scenery in every season.
To enhance the interior ambiance, the opposite wall features elegant wallpaper and mirrored panels, cleverly reflecting lake views so that even guests seated with their backs to the water remain visually connected to the serene surroundings.
Above, black steel rings suspended from the ceiling are adorned with lush hanging plants, blending natural elements with a modern touch. Nestled within the rings are circular ceiling lights that provide warm, ambient illumination. Around them, teardrop-shaped pendant lamps further enhance the inviting atmosphere.
At the center of the space stands a beautifully restored stove, serving as both a visual focal point and a source of cozy warmth. Beach-inspired chairs round out the design, perfectly balancing functionality, comfort, and aesthetic charm.
