Silvana Annicchiarico

Design Curator, Italy

A graduate in architecture, she conducts research and criticism in the field of design history. Curator of numerous exhibitions in Italy and throughout the world, and author of essays, volumes, and monographs on Italian design, in 2007 she conceived and founded the Design Museum of the Triennale di Milano. She directed the museum until 2018, proposing an innovative model of a “mutating museum.” She collaborates with Repubblica and Domus, teaches at the Politecnico di Milano, and serves as a scientific consultant for companies and cultural institutions.
