New Wave

The concept behind these earrings was to combine movement and handmade color with the help of new technology using sustainable material. Materials and techniques: For these earrings, the designer has combined 3D design and the properties of PA 11 powder using SLS 3D printing, a 100% bio-sourced polymer based on castor oil. This model is printed in one part, it does not need to be assembled by hand. Behind its apparent simplicity, hides a complexity of geometry which gives all the movement of the object. To reinforce this movement, the earrings have been colored by hand in a subtle gradation of colors which gives all the poetry of these earrings, “a new wave” in the world of high fantasy!
