Belonging to VMD Objects’ Surfaces Collection, Moon Tray is one of a number of table trays consisting of more than one component, ftting into each other seamlessly. Comprised by a circular Volakas white marble tray, and a half-moon Kentavros black marble tray, this object has a length of 46cm, a width of 35cm, and a thickness of 2cm. The Moon Tray is deeply symbolic; an ancestral reminder. The two contrasting trays can be arranged in an number of different ways, and can be used both as a functional and a decorative element, exemplifying the ethos of VMD Objects’ design sensibility.
