Kenan Yavuz Ethnography Museum is a family-founded non-profit organization based in Bayburt/Turkey and aims to preserve/revive the tangible/intangible cultural heritage of Bayburt and Anatolia through providing interactive experiences to its visitors along with the collaboration of the locals in designing/delivering these experiences. Consisting of 16 buildings, indoor & outdoor exhibitions (temporary and indefinitely), across a field of 15- thousand meters square, the local village life of Bespinar/Bayburt is revived in the museum. Daily culinary activities, music and dance workshops, literature & and tale weeks, traditional games, children’s festivals, and harvest festivals are among the many activities the museum hosts.
