The 750 m² production and administrative facility designed for Raj Ibelik in Velika Plana reflects the company’s stability, while expressing a clear commitment to contemporary, sustainable, and environmentally responsible design principles. The concept is grounded in a dialogue between the industrial nature of concrete production and the tactility of natural materials, establishing a controlled contrast between raw manufacturing processes and a refined working environment. The entrance hall is conceived as a representative and distributive space, defining the building’s primary spatial experience.
The ground floor accommodates the employee canteen, production area, and technical facilities, organized through clear functional zoning and an intuitive circulation flow. The administrative level on the first floor is arranged with a dual orientation – towards the production hall, enabling direct visual connection to the working process, and towards the surrounding landscape. Transparency and openness are further enhanced through the use of glass partition systems, fostering visual continuity and supporting communication across the workspace. The interior is defined by a material palette of stone, wood, and moss, articulated in warm, earthy tones and refined finishes. This approach establishes a balanced spatial atmosphere that mediates between the industrial identity of production and a calm, human-centered working environment.
