Villa K, a 1937 Functionalist landmark by architect Oskar Singer, has been sensitively restored, regaining its architectural integrity while gaining a new public role. Once a private residence, it now serves as a cultural center with a café, gallery, and event space. The restoration respected original layouts, materials, colors, and details, including windows, parquet floors, and stucco façades. A key intervention was the expansion of the arcade to create a public entrance. Upper floors offer experiential living, and the garden was revitalized based on historical photos, now featuring community spaces.
