VeloConcerts – Unfolding Culture – is a sustainable, mobile stage that unfolds in under 2 minutes. Jakob Illera from INSEQ DESIGN and VeloConcerts founder Jonas Skielboe wanted to rethink the classical stage performance and include environmental awareness and modern mobility. They have collaborated with industry professionals to bring opera to the street and rock out of the garage. Their technical engineering combines a clean design with the compact transport of a full size stage for up to 8 performers and a professional sound system that doesn’t rely on an external power source. The stage is incredibly mobile thanks to the help of an e-bike motor that makes for easy and safe transport.
