The apartment is located on a set-back, courtyard-facing site on Srebrnjak Street, a new building on a slope with a view of a green valley. The entrance to the apartment is centrally located, which clearly divides the apartment into a living and sleeping zone. It is oriented in all four cardinal directions, but the orientation and placement of the living area toward the west dominate, due to its unique view.
The apartment has three levels: the entrance area is on the middle floor, the ground floor, where you can enter either from outside or from the garage. The basement houses the utility area (laundry, storage), while the living space is on the first floor. A distinctive feature of the building is that it was constructed with reinforced concrete, with visible RC beams and a ceiling-integrated heating and cooling system. Therefore, there were extreme limitations for running installations and designing the lighting.
On the other hand, the visible and prominent structural grid formed the basis of the color concept, where darker shades pushed it into the background, while light accents, scenic elements, and tactile surfaces shifted the focus to the interior furnishings and directed the view outward.
