Senilia

Senilia is one of a kind lampshades collection made from agri-food leftovers such as spent grain and coffee silver skin. The studio collaborates with Italian roasting’s and brewing companies to collect post-industrial waste from their factories. Each lighting piece is fully biodegradable as well as compostable. The manufacturing process explores the intersection of handcrafting and industrial techniques, the latter powered by renewable energies.
