The project aims to clearly define the identity of a Romanian-inspired restaurant using traditional elements reinterpreted in a contemporary key. The result is a minimalist but warm interior, where natural materials, raw textures, and pastoral symbols create an authentic and relaxed experience. Dialogue between old and new: The white, coarse-grained plaster, which evokes traditional wall finishing methods, reflects natural light and gives the space a calm purity.

The exposed concrete surfaces and discreet brick inserts resume the robustness of vernacular constructions, without becoming a purely decorative imitation. The Romanian motif filtered. The graphic details appear controlled: a wallpaper with a stylized folk pattern animates the sanitary groups, and in the main hall, the rhythm of the light wood panels and the circular seats upholstered in brick suggest traditional geometric motifs, retold in a modern language. Functional + honest: The light wood furniture privileges the functionality and tactility of the material. The bar and kitchen are cut out by black metal and glass joinery, allowing a direct visual relationship with the preparation of the menu, and adding a touch of discreet scenography. Lighting scenarios: The globe and cone pendants, made of white paper or black metal, are arranged seemingly randomly and define the dining areas through a warm, continuous rhythm. The light settles softly on the raw textures, amplifying the friendly atmosphere.
