The design concept stems from the goal of creating a space that isn’t just a store, but an experience, capable of expressing SCARPA’s identity and engaging with the history and nature of Cortina d’Ampezzo. The concept revolves around the dialogue between iron and stone: natural iron evokes the craftsmanship and support of via ferratas, emblems of the determination to conquer the peaks, while Dolomia stone embodies the memory and soul of the surrounding mountains.

Together, they transform the space into an authentic, sensorial experience. The store’s aesthetic reflects a balance between tradition and modernity, creating a space that blends harmoniously with the prestigious Corso Italia and the authentic atmosphere of the Queen of the Dolomites. The project was developed with a strong focus on sustainability and eco-friendliness, in keeping with the brand’s values. The entire concept aims to reduce environmental impact through a minimalist design, the use of modular and versatile furnishings, and the enhancement of natural light.
