The Starokošířská Residence represents modern urban housing, set within the established structure of Prague’s Košíře. The architecture of the house follows the surrounding development and, at the same time, gives it a contemporary expression, combining classicizing proportions with purity of detail. The project completes the newly created urban avenue of Starokošířská Street and brings a balanced combination of urban character and a quiet courtyard.
