
Primož Jeza

Assoc. Prof. Primož Jeza is an architect and designer who has been teaching at the Faculty of Architecture, University of Ljubljana since 2000, and since 2014 at the Academy of Fine Arts and Design, Department of Industrial Design and Apllied Arts. As a lecturer, he has also been a visiting professor abroad.
In 1994, he founded PRIMOZJEZASTUDIO, within which he has completed more than 150 projects in architecture, interior design, and product design.
He has received numerous awards for his work. One of his most recognisable projects is the Nico Less chair, which has received multiple international awards since 2016, including the Red Dot Award 2016 Winner, Green Product Award 2018, EU-LAC Foundation 2018, Circular Design of the Year – Moveco Award 2019, Design of the Year – Month of Design Ljubljana 2016, Design Europa Awards 2018 Finalist, and Iconic Awards 2019 Innovative Interior Selection.
In 2020, his table Frankenstein’s Bride won the Arte Laguna Prize at an international competition in Venice.
PRIMOZJEZASTUDIO has also received four Made in Slovenia recognition, granted by the Centre for Creativity in Ljubljana, which recognise outstanding achievements in contemporary Slovenian design.
For many years, he has served as a selector for the Month of Design Ljubljana (Prospective Interior category) and as a member of numerous juries, including UNESCO (Almaden 2017), The Design Europa Award (Valencia, 2023), ADC Awards, and The One Club for Creativity (New York, USA, 2025).
