Il Prisma designs PHYD, Italy’s first phygital space for lifelong employability – in Milan’s Tortona district. Can a digital platform become a phygital place to help people train their skills and boost employability? PHYD, the digital venture of The Adecco Group born from technological collaboration with Microsoft, aims to increase human capital and showcase it over time. The company turned to Il Prisma to create a phygital place focused on people, to help them become more competitive and future-proof.
Located in a two-story building in Milan’s design district – in Via Tortona 31 – the resulting space is digital and physical alike, first in Italy, where you can train your talents and enhance your employability. The place is conceived as the natural evolution of the Phyd.com platform and is structured in a gamified journey to increase the user experience.
The design concept – “The Greatest Adventure. You” – is inspired by alternate reality games and develops into an experiential journey that is divided in 4 moments-areas: Start PHYD (the entrance Edge), Training (Capsules and Forge), Connection (Arena) and Food (Bistro).
