The city of Timisoara was formed as a polycentric town, with different neighborhoods, that complement each other, forming a vibrant place. The whole city was linked by Bega channel and large green areas.
Unfortunately, nowadays one can not distinguish those different parts of the city and this specific urban character of Timisoara. Today the city Center became the most important one, concentrating all the attention and almost all the investments. In order to regain the city we will have to rediscover the differences that created the old town identity.
