Located in Ankara, the NED Maestro Showroom serves as the refined entry point for a large-scale mixed-use development. Designed as a single-story, linear structure, the building combines simplicity and precision through clean horizontal lines, a restrained material palette, and layered spatial organization.

Programmatically, it integrates administrative offices, meeting spaces, a showroom apartment, and a model display area. The architecture uses daylight, landscape, and sectional voids to craft a calm and engaging visitor experience – transforming a sales function into a tactile and architectural narrative.
