A set that seems to emerge from the forest and integrates perfectly in the landscape in which it is located. The structure is spread over nine levels, naturally resting on the surrounding mountains, four dedicated to private residences and five to the hotel suites. It provides 86 suites and 23 residences, an absolute innovation in the Italian real estate panorama that offers the owners the possibility to access the services of the Resort and to participate in the “Rental programme”, providing the unit during periods of non-use. The hotel also offers many services including two restaurants, lounge bar, reading room, meeting area and a 24-hour gym. The heart of the Resort remains certainly Lefay SPA, the wellness area that, with its 5,000 square meters is one of the most extensive of the Alps. From an aquatic epicentre reminiscent of the atmospheres of the ancient baths, the SPA unfolds in large themed areas, the result of carefully studied philosophies.
