K67

Kiosk K67, Saša Mächtig’s modular architectural work from 1966, shaped urban spaces across the former Yugoslavia and became one of the recognizable places of meeting, trade, and everyday life. Today, many of these kiosks are disappearing, but those that remain preserve traces of an era and the memories of the generations who used them.

The documentary film K67 takes us on a journey through cities and across the region in search of these remaining icons. Through the personal perspective of director Filip Filković and encounters with the kiosk’s creator, architects, historians, and local people, the film unfolds a broader picture of the relationship between architecture, society, and collective memory.

Combining intimate stories, archival materials, and philosophical reflections, K67 becomes a film about a kiosk, but also about space, time, and the people who shape it and disappear along with it.
