Building on the proven Incus technology of Lithographic Metal Manufacturing (LMM), the Incus Hammer Pro25 elevates additive manufacturing to unprecedented levels of productivity. The machine enables printing of intricate geometries with exceptional surface quality and resolution, achieving output at productivity levels previously unseen.
The system features a storage magazine for fresh feedstock and a garage system for completed print jobs, both of which are supported by automatic manipulators for feedstock supply and finished job discharge. This setup minimises human intervention, allowing the machine to operate autonomously over weekends and other downtime periods.
The design of the Hammer Pro25 emphasises a user-centred approach.
