A hillside lot in a beautiful location in Pöcking, where the building’s volume blends discreetly into the landscape through staggered structures. Two full stories, which are also arranged in a staggered pattern, sit set back from a basement level that extends into the hillside and also houses the parking area. The upper floor opens toward the south, like a telescope, to capture the mountain view.

A latticework of white-stained wood acts as a filter layer like a garment, creating a staggered effect among the structures and allowing the upper floor to float elegantly above the slope. These slats still need to be sampled in detail and are scheduled for final installation in 2026. In addition to white-stained wood, the material palette is defined by plaster surfaces in various textures and anodized aluminum in an elegant, light gray-bronze tone. This makes it difficult to discern the timber structure hidden behind it, which, together with a heat pump, meets the KfW 55 standard.
