House H is located on a 600 m² plot with sweeping views of the Western Adriatic Sea. The design dissolves the boundary between interior and exterior, making the seascape a central part of daily life. The main living area is therefore placed on the upper floor, where large glass façades and transparent railings open the space toward the sea. An exterior staircase leads to a sheltered veranda that connects indoor and outdoor areas.
A steel frame with net-like fabric provides shade and privacy, creating space for a small tree. The adjacent main bedroom faces east and receives soft morning light. The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area is filled with natural light and panoramic sea views. House H consists of three flexible apartments that can function independently or as one unit. Bedrooms and a wellness area on the lower level open directly to a Mediterranean garden. Natural Croatian stone (Brački Kamen) is used throughout, linking interior and exterior and anchoring the house in its local context.
