With the apartmenthouse Lebe’oetz in Oetz we make it our business to build a stylish hideaway with skillful use of simple, modern translated interior design. Characteristic for the exclusive new building is the small plot of land on which the property fits into the village center. The size of the plot is cleverly exploited by an intelligent spatial concept. The simple modern exterior design makes the building appear visually larger. The modern wooden facade, which extends over a large part of the building, allows the covered terraces to fade into the background, so that they are hardly noticeable when viewed from the outside, while they have a very strong effect on the interior.
The property is characterized by a harmonious interplay of interior and exterior space. Generous glass fronts provide light-flooded rooms, which in combination with high-quality materials ensure luxurious comfort and private moments of well-being. The apartment building is organized on three levels. Individual rooms are intended to speak for themselves, the interior design merely adds that certain something to the property. Sensible flows and the multiple use of rooms were strongly in focus during the planning phase. Each apartment has a highlight, such as the hot tub on the first floor or the infrared cabin in the attic. The first of the total of five apartments is located on the first floor with a sensibly divided living, dining and cooking area, bedroom and bathroom as well as a covered outdoor area. On the middle floor as well as in the attic there are two more apartments each, which can be joined together to form large apartments.
