During the COVID-19 emergency, Isinnova invented and created the Charlotte Valve, realized with 3D printing. Thanks to this fitting, you can turn a normal Snorkeling Mask into an emergency C-PAP mask. Thanks to the decision to distribute the sourcing files for free on the web they have been downloaded more than 1.5 million times from 72 Countries all over the world, and we have been able to help a lot of people both in Italy and abroad. We also thank Decathlon which donated more than 120,000 snorkeling masks. The Charlotte Valve is exhibited in some of the most important museums around the world (MoMA in New York and Victoria and Albert Museum in London), has been included in the ADI Design Index 2020 catalog (Premio Compasso d’Oro), has been exhibited at the recent G20 in Rome, and won the Mother Teresa Award for Social Justice. Cristian Fracassi, founder of Isinnova, was awarded as Knight of the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic and has participated in over 280 events around the world in the last 3 years.
