CFP House is the renovation of a two-level penthouse with views over the City of Udine and the Italian Alps. The entrance, wrapped in refined walnut paneling, conceals the elevator and access to the sleeping area. Calacatta marble dialogues with wood and envelops the sculptural staircase, which becomes lighter as it rises. On the upper floor, the living area, beneath a vaulted ceiling, opens onto the terrace, while concealing the other rooms. The entire project plays with the concept of concealing spaces, guiding visitors on a journey of discovery.
All furnishings are custom-designed and crafted by Italian artisans. The spaces are elegant and essential, with clean and decisive forms. Particular attention has been given to both natural and artificial lighting, as well as to the seamless integration of air conditioning and audio systems. The design approach is innovative and aimed at meeting contemporary needs, following a clear guiding principle: to conceal technology while keeping it always accessible, combining functionality with sophisticated elegance.
