Casa Renacci originates from the desire to transform an existing house into a contemporary, luminous, and balanced living space, where functionality and sensory quality coexist in harmony. The project operates through a series of precise interventions: opening up the spaces, redefining internal circulation, and introducing custom-made elements that become an integral part of the architecture. The house is reimagined as a sequence of fluid and continuous environments, where natural light becomes the main compositional element.
Authentic materials and warm tones shape the identity of the interiors. Wood introduces a domestic and welcoming dimension, while powder-coated steel in a terracotta tone defines details and architectural elements with a discreet yet distinctive presence. White surfaces amplify natural light and allow the materials to emerge with clarity. Each element has been carefully designed to contribute to an overall sense of balance: integrated furnishings, niches, continuous surfaces, and construction details interact to create spaces that are orderly yet vibrant. Casa Renacci is a project that seeks essentiality and measure – a domestic environment where material, light, and proportion create a quiet and lasting equilibrium.
