Business Level – New Business Center in Gmunden. The building is defined by a dynamically rising façade and a striking bronze perforated metal cladding that gives it a distinctive identity. It offers five flexible office units across three floors, arranged around a landscaped atrium.

On the first floor, a green roof extends the workspaces outdoors, creating high-quality zones for interaction and relaxation. The vertical perforated panels, combined with large window openings, characterize the façade and ensure bright, open interiors. On the ground floor, a covered parking deck provides 13 spaces, complemented by an underground garage with an additional 35 parking spaces.
