Located within a natural park, this project was inspired by the surrounding forest and the desire to create a sanctuary in the heart of nature. Every element of the restaurant pays homage to the natural world – from the extensive use of wood in both the interior and exterior, to the tableware, much of which is crafted from 100% organic clay.
Guided by the themes “very tasty, warm, and green,” the design embraces and enhances its natural setting. The interior makes full use of the landscape while honoring sustainability through the exclusive use of natural materials: wood and travertine, expansive glass surfaces, earthy tones, olive trees planted indoors, a clay ceiling, and charred wood cladding on the exterior.
Spanning 401 sqm, the restaurant features a spacious lounge with a 4-meter ceiling height, an open kitchen, an enclosed kitchen, a climate-controlled wine cellar, a glass-enclosed conservatory, and designated staff areas. It offers 96 seats indoors and a 60-seat terrace, providing a warm, immersive dining experience that blends architecture and nature in perfect harmony.
