CBA planned the new office space with a total area of 14,000 m2 in Munich for the globally active consulting company Accenture. The heterogeneous existing ensemble was supplemented by a new building, which made it possible to distribute Accenture’s various uses and subsidiaries in a total of three buildings and on six floors. Due to the complexity of the individual agencies, the differentiated requirements and the size of the object, a city-like master plan concept was developed which runs through all areas. At the connecting points of the three buildings, communication areas were provided which function as recreation areas – the parks – and informal work zones – the plazas. The differently designed office spaces, on the other hand, abstractly thematize different parts of the city. A large Connect Space with Deli, LED Wall and Showroom on the ground floor of the main building welcomes employees, guests and customers. Campus Max, a large multifunctional space, is also located here.
