The construction project is located in the center of Tulln, at Brüdergasse 1-3. A team of four doctors wanted to build a primary care center in Tulln. As owners of the property, they also planned to rent out the space for different and, ideally, complementary disciplines. The spatial concept had to be as flexible as possible, as the rooms are used by different doctors at different times of day.

The goal of the interior design was to create an ambiance that was as open, bright, and welcoming as possible. Therefore, all rooms were equipped with large glass skylights or glass walls. This creates the impression of an open space and allows the limited natural light to reach the rear rooms.
