Villa Luce by 2728studio

This building was built in 1909. After several decades of abandonment, the existing building is being reconstructed to accommodate the needs of a modern holiday home, intended for a family of three living permanently abroad. The basic desire of the owners was strictly to preserve all the historical, morphological and traditional elements of the building so that it does not lose its original form both externally and internally.

The 2728studio was initially assigned the architectural study and the interior design in the summer of 2022 and then at the beginning of 2023 the reconstruction-renovation. After the reconstruction of the mansion, the construction of the garden began along with a new building. According to the requirements of the owners, it was create a need of traditional house, a swimming pool, an open kitchen, and a garden with trees, shrubs, flowers with paths. The central idea was based on the creation of a swimming pool that will be surrounded by plants, trees, flowers, buildings and the open kitchen. The entire project was completed in 2025.
