Casa 14-Bis is rich in meaning and carries a field of images that is pure poetry. The project begins with a gentle touch on the land, creating a sense of security and an invitation to dwell. Its relationship with the landscape shapes sensations and daily life. Large openings welcome light, air, and time, dissolving boundaries between inside and outside. Structure, form, and material arise from the intention to unite reason and emotion. Named after Santos Dumont’s airplane, the house evokes playfulness, determination, and memories that transcend the family and belong to a broader cultural imagination.

Inherited furniture, the wooden ceiling, and the presence of the garden connect past and present. The kitchen, central and welcoming, preserves traditions while embracing contemporary living. Unconventional angles frame views and turn the house into a porch within the landscape. Light reveals time and space. Silence speaks. Architecture becomes a living atmosphere, where material and immaterial meet, nurturing memory, comfort, and the quiet poetry of inhabiting.
