The apartment in Prague was shaped already during construction through subtle client changes, refining the original layout to enhance comfort and privacy. By merging a separate toilet and storage, an en-suite bathroom accessible directly from the bedroom was created, establishing a more intimate living scenario. The design builds on the raw character of the shell. Exposed concrete ceilings define the spatial identity, complemented by a restrained palette of gray tones and warm wood surfaces that introduce balance and tactility. The open living area is anchored by a custom kitchen with an island and a generous, modular sofa. Strict geometry is softened by a composition of circular light fixtures, adding a dynamic layer to the space. A spacious terrace overlooking the Vltava extends the interior into the nature.
