Across three floors, this holistic interior concept merges modern architecture with technical sophistication. The challenge: a consistent design language radiating tranquility, despite high technical complexity. Where noble smoked oak meets light Italian flooring and oak parquet. Craftsmanship excels in the wall paneling, with flush-mounted inverse doors. Visible hardware is absent; handles were CNC-milled directly into the solid door leaves. The highlight is a floor-to-ceiling bookshelf, serving as a hidden entrance to a private, fireside room, moving silently via a custom pivot mechanism. Bespoke wardrobes with glass-filled aluminum frames and integrated lighting create an exclusive boutique atmosphere. The kitchen features lacquered fronts, Italian marble, and premium Miele and Bora appliances. Bathrooms are adorned with Vals quartzite and Gessi fixtures, all perfectly staged by Occhio lighting. Smoked oak elements and indirect lighting throughout complete this high-end residence.
