This residential project in Schönberg am Kamp represents a contemporary and sustainable living concept, tailored to the needs of elderly residents. Constructed primarily from exposed cross-laminated timber, the house creates a warm and natural atmosphere, while ensuring ecological responsibility. The barrier-free layout allows unrestricted movement and long-term usability.
At its heart, a generous living-kitchen-dining area opens up to the pitched roof, forming a light-filled and inviting central space. The interplay of flat and pitched roofs enables the discreet integration of photovoltaic panels. The project combines functionality, aesthetic clarity, and environmental awareness in a forward-looking timber architecture.
