The buildable area is arranged on the site to create two nearly square garden courtyards that open toward an interior space stretched between them. An outdoor passage connects the gardens, beginning wide and gradually narrowing to the minimum setback at the property boundary. This spatial principle is also reflected in the building volumes. At both ends of the elongated living space, with a ceiling height of 2,95 m, bay-like areas are positioned, glazed at the corners toward the gardens, and each connected to a terrace.

Depending on sun and wind conditions, either of the two areas can be used. The central zone contains the kitchen, stair access, shower, WC, and storage. The upper floor consists of a single room with a WC, located between two roof terraces. The project was developed collaboratively in a workshop setting. The building is entirely constructed from timber to minimize CO₂ emissions, including façade, terraces, and most interior surfaces. A clay-straw screed replaces cement, while an air-source heat pump with underfloor heating and a photovoltaic system supply energy.
