The office renovation project began with the return after COVID, when the existing space proved to be too limited. However, CBRE identified an opportunity of expansion at Eiffel Palace, which we delivered together with Fitout Zrt. within six months, while the office remained fully operational.
Sustainability played a key role throughout the project: We reused acoustic panels, glass partitions, and LED lighting, and retained the existing workstations. The remaining furniture was offered at a CBRE charity sale, with the proceeds donated to organizations supported by the company. The result is a modern, inspiring office that not only offers a fresh experience, but will also serve as a home for our colleagues over the next decade – in a creative, sustainable, and community-focused environment.
