The existing office building designed by Viereck Architekten in Graz has been extended with a monolithic structure, creating a balanced architectural ensemble. Large glass surfaces add character and ensure light-flooded interiors, while the glazed atrium between the existing and new buildings creates a flowing connection.

The façade made of aluminum composite panels gives the building a modern, monolithic look. Both buildings are constructed using timber, which promotes sustainable construction. Inside, warm, tactile surfaces and natural materials such as wood, stone, fabric, and glass create harmonious accents. Exposed and polished concrete surfaces add industrial elegance. An elegant color palette of gray, white, and black, accented by shades of green, red, and brown, creates a feel-good atmosphere. Acoustic elements made from recycled materials contribute to pleasant room acoustics. Heat is supplied by an air heat pump and underfloor heating, while sustainability is promoted by a photovoltaic system, heat recovery, and intelligent building control.
