Tiny Kitchen »OFFICE« COMPOSIT UNIT 33

The »HOME«Composite Unit 33 from the »TINY KITCHEN – GREEN LINE« series shows how sustainable and responsible design can change the way the furniture industry works. It is not just a kitchen; it is a circular, modular system that consistently incorporates the principles of the circular economy into everyday life, providing an obvious alternative to the throwaway society.

It is made from bio-based materials, including bamboo carcasses with linoleum or wood veneer fronts on three-layer bamboo panels. The wood glue is formaldehyde-free and water-based, and the edges are finished with Monocoat natural oil. These materials ensure a healthy indoor climate, reduce harmful substances and significantly increase durability.

Thanks to its modular design, the TINY KITCHEN can be adapted to suit a variety of spaces, from tiny houses to large urban apartments. All modules are pre-assembled and equipped with durable appliances, making them immediately ready for use thanks to the ‘Plug and Play’ feature. The kitchen is easy to transport and repair, and is designed for long-term use.

One particularly innovative feature is the circular usage concept: production takes place in our own solar-powered workshop in Vienna using FSC-certified materials. Spare parts for all appliances are guaranteed for 20 years. In addition, a rental system is already in place, offering new possibilities: kitchen modules can be rented, returned and professionally refurbished before being put back into use. This keeps the material cycle closed, conserves resources, and prevents waste.

The HOME Composit Unit 33 sets new standards for sustainability and responsible design. It combines ecological thinking, durable materials and innovative usage concepts to create a holistic approach. This project aims to inspire new ways of thinking about furniture, usage and responsibility, and to demonstrate that good design is not only aesthetic, but also future-proof.
