Inspired by Barry Callebaut rich heritage and “company’s personality” design oscillated around chocolate characteristics. Instead of concentrating on many brands and their guidelines, the studio decided to focus on the most important – chocolate! They tried to create an environment that would fit the variety of products that Barry Callebaut and its family companies spoil us every day. Delicious colors, inspiring shapes, and elegant treats – are abstracted to create a chic architectural environment for the office. Chocolate Academy as an important part of the project is designed in a way that every guest could admire its magic while entering Barry Callebaut Istanbul. Focused on the most efficient layout for the workshop, hygienic environment with bright colors was designed.
