Since graduation under the mentorship of prof. Jurij Kobet in 2012 Žiga Kreševič worked both as practicing architect and an educator. During his studies, he worked in the office Atlier Architekti and participated in several public and invited competitions.
Between 2013 and 2018 he was a research and teaching associate at the Institute of Architecture Technology at the Graz University of Technology (Prof. Roger Riewe), before that he has briefly worked as an assistant at the University of Maribor. Parallel he was always engaged in minor projects and renovations, where he is searching for that “new” inside the existing built tissue and within established mental patterns. With each solution, he wants to offer an answer to the widest range of questions and create spatial experiences with an added value.
