A unique panorama unfolds in the double-height fireplace room, with a large picture window. The upper floor offers privacy and retreat, with a sheltered wellness area and an internal light court that captures the morning sun in the bedroom. A generous terrace with broad steps follows the slope, connecting the ground floor to the lower level, where a separate apartment provides extra living space.

The polygonal design creates varied views, light, and zones, giving the interior different moods throughout the day. Closed exterior geometry provides intimacy, while the open interior sequence gives a sense of space and elegance.
