Singapore Pavilion, Expo 2025 by DP Architects

Commissioned by the Singapore Tourism Board, the Singapore Pavilion, The Dream Sphere, is a 17-metre-tall sphere clad in 17.000 recycled aluminum discs. It is a larger-than-life, three-dimensional representation of the “Little Red Dot”, a term of endearment for the nation that symbolizes Singapore’s vision and global impact, despite its geographical size. Using modular, sustainable systems, it minimizes environmental impact and aligns with UN SDGs.

Visitors journey through an exterior cloudscape which transitions fluidly and unfurls inside the pavilion through pathways, art installations, and landscape – creating a sense of discovery. A biophilic Dream Forest showcases Singapore’s culture, innovation, and harmony with nature. The Pavilion stands not just as an architectural icon, but as a living vessel of shared dreams, inviting global audiences to collaborate and shape a more resilient, inclusive future.
