The project is located in the Diklo residential district of Zadar, with sea views of the Zadar Archipelago on one side and a green landscape of olive groves and pine trees on the other. It includes two buildings with twelve apartments and an underground garage, designed as simple volumes with projecting, slanted balconies. The slight rotation of the volumes ensures sea views and natural daylight, while each apartment features a flexible layout and three-side orientation.

Ground-floor apartments extend into terraces planted with native vegetation, while upper-floor apartments have spacious balconies and access to a roof terrace. Materials and façade design were carefully chosen to create a contemporary appearance that blends with the surrounding environment. Brise-soleil and balcony partitions are designed to preserve sea views while providing sun protection and privacy. Large, glazed openings seamlessly connect indoor and outdoor spaces, integrating the apartments with the Mediterranean landscape.
