Archides is an architecture and design studio founded in 2001, working across architecture, interior design, and urban contexts. Our practice is rooted in the relationship between space, material, and everyday use, with a continuous attention to how architecture is experienced, rather than simply perceived. We see architecture as a gradual process. Each project begins with listening to the client, the site, and its context and develops through ideas, sketches, and careful decisions that shape spaces for work, living, and retreat. We value clarity, natural flow, and material authenticity, aiming to create environments that feel balanced, calm, and durable over time.

Our approach is reflected in our own workspace, where contemporary construction is combined with natural materials, greenery, and water elements to support a focused and humane working atmosphere. The studio was established by Gzim Baholli (Giza) and Vlora Rama Baholli (Lola), whose long professional experience continues to shape the studio's culture and direction. Today, Archides is a collaborative team of architects and designers engaged in projects of different scales and typologies, both public and private.

Alongside local and regional work, Archides is licensed to develop projects for international hotel brands, including Four Points by Sheraton and Courtyard by Marriott. Regardless of scale, we approach each project with the same attention to context, proportion, and execution.

Their work emerged during a formative period for Kosovo's built environment, where architecture required both responsibility and clarity.

Vlora Rama Baholli brings a refined sensitivity to spatial atmosphere, interior architecture, and material relationships, with a particular focus on human scale and the emotional quality of space. Her approach emphasizes balance, precision, and the careful shaping of environments that support everyday life. Gzim Baholli contributes extensive experience in architectural design, project development, and execution. His work is grounded in clear spatial concepts, constructive logic, and a strong understanding of building processes, ensuring coherence from early design stages to realization.

Together, they have developed Archides as a collaborative studio rooted in context, material integrity, and long-term value, shaping projects across different scales and typologies with consistency and care.
