The transformation of a derelict structure into a highly sustainable, innovative campus. An ideal environment to work, study, and gather has been created that encourages social connections and makes the most of Lisbon’s climate. Terraces are created across the building to give the impression of working within a garden.
Flexible interiors allow tenants to customize their fit-outs and support future changes. Amenities include multi-use spaces, an auditorium, cafeteria, bike park, gym, and locker room, all of which are connected by walking routes, verandas, and terraced courtyards. The outdoor landscaping and terraces blend native and adaptive vegetation to create an environment that encourages movement and relaxation. The sky walk offers panoramic views of Lisbon and accommodates public events, space, and food and beverage facilities that contribute to an environment that welcomes users and prioritizes their wellbeing. Oriente Green Campus is Lisbon’s first LEED Platinum development.
