The transformation of a derelict structure into a highly sustainable, innovative campus. Terraces are created across the building to give the impression of working within a garden.

Flexible interiors allow tenants to customize their fit-outs and support future changes. Amenities include multi-use spaces, an auditorium, cafeteria, bike park, gym, and locker room, all of which are connected by walking routes, verandas, and terraced courtyards.
