Ofer Manor serves as chief architect in the Jerusalem municipality.
In this capacity he plays a key role in forging urban development, preservation and design policies for the city and in directing their implementation. Ofer is also the founding director of the Jerusalem urban design center, he teaches at the Bezalel Academy of Arts and lectures extensively both locally and abroad.
Ofer has a Msc. in urban design, is a graduate of the Loeb fellowship at the Harvard GSD, and is the proud recipient of four national urban design awards.
